When you’re the #1 pick in the MLB draft, you’re probably not lacking in the confidence deparment.

Orioles prospect Adley Rutschman put his full confidence on display while shooting his shot with a former bachelor contestant.

On Wednesday, Madison Prewett, one of the contestants on Pilot Peter Weber’s season of The Bachelor, posted a photo on Instagram with a caption reading “Roses are red, violets are blue, whoever finishes this best, dinner on me for two.”

Rutschman, the top prospect in the Orioles’ organization, then commented on the post with “Roses are red, violets are blue…. I’ll change your name to Rutschman from Prew.”

Prewett responded to Rutschman with “woah this is moving really fast….. first I need to know how do you say that last name?”

Rutschman replied again with “guess we will have something to talk about over dinner then (winky face emoji).”

The Orioles’ then chimed in, referencing Prewetts’ time on the Bachelor.

You have to respect Rutschman’s confidence.

Remember you always miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.
