Sixers big man Joel Embiid saw virtually no action whatsoever in the scrimmages leading up to the season restart, but he showed no signs of rust in Saturday’s game against the Pacers.
Embiid, in fact, led all Sixers in the game with 41 points, and a ridiculous +21. Unfortunately for him and his team, TJ Warren was absolutely unstoppable, draining 20 of 29 shots he attempted, for 53 points, in the 127-21
The most entertaining play in the game, however, came via Embiid. It happened when Aaron Holliday came streaking down the lane, and Embiid tasked with defending the rim.
Well, he did exactly that — swatting Holliday’s shot into outer space.
What a block!
