The Vikings may have traded away speedy receiver Stefon Diggs, but it sure looks like they may have found his replacement in the draft earlier this year.
Diggs was a bit of a headache, as he clearly didn’t get along with Mike Zimmer and the team’s coaching staff. Not only that, the Vikings sure didn’t look intent on offering him the new contract he was seeking.
As such, the team traded him away to the Bills, and drafted Justin Jefferson in hopes of replacing him. Jefferson has been everything the team could have hoped for, and then some. He showed just how great of a route runner he is, with his quickness on display as well, on this 20-yard touchdown catch during the third quarter of Sunday’s game against the Jaguars.
Jefferson shows flashes of greatness nearly every week.
