Seahawks receiver DK Metcalf is one of the strongest receivers in the NFL, and one particular Giants player learned that lesson during Sunday’s game.
Metcalf has shown the ability to beat any coverage thrown at him, whether it’s press-man or zone. He can outmuscle bigger cornerbacks, and also has the ability to find holes in zone looks to make Russell Wilson’s job easier.
Giants cornerback James Bradberry was assigned to cover Metcalf in Sunday’s game, and he did pretty well. He did, however, get stiff-armed into oblivion after one particular catch by Metcalf in the second half of Sunday’s game.
Ouch.
