Mets legend Darryl Strawberry in stands at Trump RNC speech

Former New York Mets slugger Darryl Strawberry was in the audience for President Trump’s Republican National Convention acceptance speech on the White House South Lawn.

Strawberry and Trump worked together back in 2010, as he was fired from “Celebrity Apprentice” by the future president.

Now it seems Daryl is going to bat for Trump.

Trump’s RNC also brought out former professional athletes Herschel Walker and Brian Urlacher.

The who’s who of the sports world from decades’ past.

Trump is going to have to do a lot better if he wants young people to vote for him.
