Bucs receiver Mike Evans lost his cool during Sunday’s game against the Chargers, and he attempted to drag one of his opponents down with him.
And he failed miserably in doing so.
Evans was visibly frustrated in the second quarter of the game, with his team trailing 24-7, after he dropped a possible first down. He then got into it with a Chargers player, then shoved his opponent after the play, resulting in a personal foul.
But Evans tried to bait his counterpart into getting flagged as well, by feigning as if he were going to punch the guy. The Chargers player didn’t take the bait, though, and Evans was left standing flat-footed, in a funny exchange.
Better luck next time.
