Tom Brady and Randy Moss once had one of the best quarterback-wide receiver connections the NFL has ever seen, as, for a spell, they were nearly unstoppable.
The two played for one of the greatest teams the NFL has ever seen, the 2007 Patriots. It was probably the best team to have never won a Super Bowl, as if the Giants had not beaten them in the big game, they would’ve been the only team aside from the 1972 Dolphins to pull off an undefeated season.
But it wasn’t to be, and now Brady has taken his talents to Tampa Bay, having signed with the Bucs in free agency. And since he’ll be tasked with developing chemistry with an all-new receiving corps, he hopes to bring in one of his old colleagues, as he tried to lure Moss out of retirement to join him on the Bucs with this funny Instagram post.
Brady will be 43 next month — the same age as Moss. And if TB12 can do it, maybe Moss can as well. Crazier things have happened, even though this most likely will not.
